CANCELLATION POLICY:
• In order to cancel order, customer can login at hungamaprice.com & cancel
order
• There is no prior approval needed by customer to cancel the order.
• Customer can cancel order within 24 Hrs of order placement or Order is
shipped (whichever is earlier)
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds (if applicable)
• Once your return process is done and approved on the quality parameters, we
will mail or inform you when we receive your item back.
• Once your return is acknowledged and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and it will be
provided by the same mode by which payment is made (Debit Card / Credit Card /
Net Banking / Wallet) within 10-15 days
• If the payment is made by “Cash On Delivery”, then it will be refunded by At
Par Cheque or D.D.
• Also, if buyer approves, refund can be credited to buyer as hungamaprice
voucher (Only for COD), which can be used in next purchase within a specified
time.
RETURN POLICY:
• You can have hassle free returns and refunds within 7
days from your shopping. Our return policy lasts 7 days
and you won’t get a refund or exchange post 7 days of your order.
• We request you to make sure that your item is unused and in the original
packaging, undamaged, unbroken, not tampered with and has the invoice intact.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.-
– Innerwear, lingerie, socks, cosmetics, jewelry, hair accessories.
– Downloadable software products
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that
has been opened.
– Some health and personal care items
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
NOTE:
The items eligible for return will go through a quality check and then the
return and refund will be carried out accordingly. There are certain situations
where only limited refunds are granted: (if applicable). To complete your
return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your
purchase back to the manufacturer.
REPLACEMENT POLICY:
• Replacement (Duration & Type) of product received is according to
vendor’s conditions, which is prior written in specification of item(s)
• However, if customer receives a dead or not working product, customer has to
notify techecity.com on email: sales@techecity.com.com with 24 Hours of shipment received. After
confirmation from techecity., customer has to return the product to vendor
& it must reach to vendor’s location within 7 day.
• Vendor will be informed for replacement & vendor has to keep ready his
replacement.
• Vendor has to dispatch the replacement product (working) within 24 Hours of
receiving product from customer, which must reach customer within 5-7 days.
• For warranty period of product, customer can claim warranty from respective
service centers for the warranty period mentioned by the vendor.
• In case of vendor warranty, customer has to claim the warranty from vendor.
NOTE:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or techecity.com. You
must send it to vendor only.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping the product safely and delivering on time is our priority,
techecity.com has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed
on our website, without any special exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
1. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination
address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship
products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
2. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working
days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working
days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or
our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order
completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped
part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such
cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded;
in the manner you have made the payment.
3. We ship on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through trackable courier agencies.
5. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and log on to sales@techecity.com.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
